1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using TrackMyDeductions, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service purpose

TrackMyDeductions is a recordkeeping and reporting tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

3. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for your tax positions, filings, deductions, records, and decisions made from information in the platform.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee tax outcomes, audit outcomes, acceptance of deductions, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyDeductions and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, tax penalties, or audit-related costs arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrackMyDeductions and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of law or these Terms.

7. Disputes and class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

8. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, abuse, or security risks. Data retention/deletion windows are described in the Data and Compliance page.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
